Marjorie Ellen Powers

Marjorie Ellen Powers born in Warren county Indiana  to Mackey F Moore and Carrie L Henley Moore December 15, 1934 passed away peacefully in her sleep September 20,2018. She was a 1952 graduate of Ben Davis High School. She worked various jobs from the late 1950s to mid 1970s. She was Secretary and later owner of Custom auto radio repair from the mid 1980s to 2004. She was a loving Mother, grandmother, Great grandmother (GG) and great great grandmother  who will be deeply missed by many. She was preceded in death  by her Father Mackey F. Moore mother Carrie L Moore Husband Johnnie D. (Sam) Powers sisters  Barbara Moore Norma Johnson Brother James  C Moore. Survivors include. Daughter Cindy Johnson (Mike) Indianapolis  son’s  Bill MCGOWEN Indianapolis, John Powers (Patty) wanamaker, Brian Powers (Debbie) Greensburg. 14 grandchildren, 28 greatgrandchildren ( with another one on  the way ) 3 great great grandchildren  Brothers C Robert Moore (Pat)Tennessee  Mackey L “Budd” Moore ( Joyce)  Indianapolis Clifford Moore (Micki) Sacramento and Sister Wanda Clendening  coalfax and numerous  nieces and nephews. . A visitation will be held Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at Flanner Buchanan—Floral Park from 4-8PM. A funeral service will follow at 12noon the next day at the funeral home.
