Marian S. Hartman

Marian Hartman was born to Clarence and Ruth Kocher (both deceased) in December 1940. She passed away on February 13, 2021, due to complications from a stroke.

Marian was a wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by her husband Lyle Hartman, daughters Sheryl (David) Eickman, Janet (Kean) Hankins, grandchildren Nicholas (Emily) Miller, Daniel Miller, Shelby (Riley) Schultz, Alexa Hankins and Sean Hankins, sister Evelyn Yauk and brother Myron Kocher.  She was also great grandmother to Jackson Miller, Ben Miller and Ryan Schultz.

Marian had an affection for Methodist Hospital. She was born there, graduated as an R.N. from their School of Nursing and worked there for a number of years. Marian enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and traveling with her husband including many international trips.

She will be cremated in accord with her wishes. Death takes the body, God takes the soul, memories of a warm and loving person live on forever in the hearts and memories of her family and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made in her honor to the Methodist Hospital Foundation. (no flowers please). Arrangements have been entrusted to Flanner Buchanan – Carmel.  Online condolences, photos and greetings may be left at flannerbuchanan.com.
