Margie Lou Moore

Margie Lou Moore, age 87 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Saturday morning, December 23^rd, 2023.

Margie was born on March 5, 1936 in Portageville, Missouri, a daughter of Gaither and Velma (Welch) Luker.

She married Robert Hisaw in 1954.  With Robert she had 2 daughter: LuAnn Hisaw and Peggy Sue Hisaw.

Her husband Robert Hisaw passed away in in 1982.

She later married Jerry Wayne Moore 1987.  He preceded her in death in 2004.

She is preceded in death by her parents and two husbands, mentioned above. One daughter: Peggy Sue Cooper, and one son in law Kenneth York (deceased August 7, 2023).

She is survived by her daughter LuAnn York of Indianapolis.

Four grandchildren survive: Michael Crass of Cleveland, Tennessee, Sarah Hisaw of Bargersville, Indiana, Zeb Crass of Cleveland, Tennessee, and Anthony Aguilar of Indianapolis. 

As well as four great grandchildren also survive.

A visitation will be held on Friday, December 29, 2023 from 10:30 to 11:00 AM at Flanner Buchanan Washington Park East Funeral Center, located at 10722 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46229.

A graveside service will follow at 11:00 AM at Washington Park East Cemetery.
