Margaret L. Lee

Margaret Leona Lee, 95, of Indianapolis, passed away October 10^th, 2021. She was born February 3^rd, 1926, in Louisville, Kentucky to parents Louis Schmitt and Agnes Schmittnee Boehm. In October 1953, she married the love of her life, Cabe Thaddeus Lee Jr. They shared seven wonderful years together before he passed away in 1960. Margaret was a spirited, independent lady, with a big heart. She worked as a supervisor for RCA and was a valued member of Covenant Presbyterian church for many years.  Margaret enjoyed music, cooking and gardening.  She loved spending time with her family and hosted countless family gatherings and holidays. Margaret was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her children Kathy Reinhardt and Rickard Lee, her grandchildren include Sarah, Stephen, Scott, Matthew, Jessica, David and great-grandchildren Vivienne, Ian, Katelyn and Colin,  her younger sister Rose, nieces Mary, Linda and great-niece Amber. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Cabe; her older sister Marie and three brothers Jerome, Lawrence and Francis. Margaret will be having a virtual memorial service on October 22 at 3:00 p.m. via Flanner Buchanan Washington Park East. She will be laid to rest with her husband at Memorial Park Cemetery.
