Margaret Clarene Martz

Margaret Clarene Martz,93, of Greenfield, IN passed away January 17, 2017. She was born in Zeigler, IL the daughter of JohnFoster and Margaret (Readhead) King. Shegraduated from Methodist Hospital School of Nursing in Indianapolis and was aNurse at Methodist and Hancock Memorial Hospitals, and many years at WishardHospital until her retirement in 1985. Shewas a nurse at Tendercare Home Health and retired again at age 88. She was anactive member at Warren Baptist Church. She was a volunteer, teacher and camp nurse for more than 50 years atWheeler Mission and was active at Neighborhood Fellowship. She was a supporterof Wycliffe Bible Translators and The Gideons International.

Surviving are herchildren, Richard Martz (Sonja), Barbara Martz, Mary Martz and Kay Collier; 15grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM, Friday, January 20,2017 at Warren Baptist Church, 9501 E. 21^st St., Indianapolis,IN 46229. Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until servicetime at the church.
