Marcia Elizabeth Mcmackin

Marcia E. McMackin, 77, of Indianapolis went to be with the Lord on March 29, 2020. She was born on August 9, 1942 in Indianapolis to the Late Elmer Wylie and Marjorie (Andrick) Wylie. Marcia was one of a kind. She could be remembered for her feistiness and her “go-getter” personality. She was always on the go—doing things that made her happy. Marcia had a great sense of humor, and she always lit up the room she was in. She was a faithful and longtime member of Hope Baptist Church on the west side of Indianapolis. She had an extended church family she leaves behind. Marcia loved her family most of all—especially her grand and great-grandbabies. Her beautiful soul will be missed sorely by all the lives she has touched.

Marcia is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, David McMackin; her children, Cathy and Chris Skinner; her siblings, John, Joe, Paul, and Danny Wylie and Rose Ann Coffey.

Marcia is survived by her children, Laura Jane, Marcie (Larry) McMackin, Connie Pridemoore, and Brian McMackin; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
