Marcia Cripe Whitehead

Marcia Cripe Whitehead, of Carmel, died August 4, 2019. She was born December 11, 1929 in Elkhart, Indiana. Marcia was married for 58 years to Dean Whitehead who passed away in 2008.

A longtime member of Orchard Park Presbyterian Church, she enjoyed playing bridge weekly (and winning!), traveling, and the company of dear friends and loving family.

Marcia is survived by her children Cam Amos (Paul) of Cicero IN, Tom Whitehead (Cindy) of Bloomington IN; grandchildren Tyler (Sarah) of Minneapolis MN, Spencer (Torin) of Bloomington IN, and Hillary Whitehead of Indianapolis IN; and great-granddaughter Charlotte Whitehead.

In addition she will be missed by her in-laws, Doris Speicher of South Bend IN, and Wayne and June Whitehead of Goshen IN, as well as many nieces and nephews.

A private family service will be held with a Celebration of Life at a later date.
