Amanda Renee (Alson) Miller, born July 27, 1974, in Rensselaer, Indiana, left an indelible mark on all who knew her. With a heartfelt determination to lead and inspire, she devoted her professional life to serving others as the CEO of MicroVote. Her exceptional leadership abilities were matched only by her genuine commitment to her community and her role as a deacon at Zionsville Fellowship Church, where she exhibited a servant's heart.
Mandy's journey came to a close on January 30, 2025, at her home in Zionsville, Indiana, where she passed away surrounded by her beloved family. Those who were fortunate enough to know her will remember her not only as a dedicated leader but also as a caring and nurturing presence in the lives of her husband, Mike, and her children, Faye, Lex, and Trey.
She was a strong individual, a leader who cultivated a supportive environment for her colleagues and loved ones alike. Mandy's vibrant personality, courage, and relentless optimism inspired many in her church community and beyond. It was her faith in Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior that was the greatest source of hope in her life.
Mandy is survived by her husband of 27 years, Mike; her daughter and sons, Faye, Lex, and Trey; her parents, Fred Alson, and Jon & Arlene Castongia; two brothers, Darrin Alson and his wife Katie, and Tyler Castongia, all of Rensselaer; Grandparents Richard & Verna Ashby of Wolcott IN, step grandmother, Dianne Castongia of Rensselaer IN; Father -in-law Joe Miller of Avon IN; Brother-in-law, Joe Miller Jr and wife Gretchen of Fort Mill, SC; Sister-in law, Michelle Mason and her husband Kenny of Louisville KY. Mandy is preceded in death by her cherished grandparents, Raymond & Lucille Alson and Charles Mathew; her mother-in-law, Becky Miller; and step grandfather, Roger Castongia. She is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.
Friends and family are invited to pay their respects during a viewing from 4–8 p.m., February 3, 2025, at Zionsville Fellowship Church, located at 9090 West Oak Street, Zionsville, Indiana. A funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. the following day, February 4, 2025, also at Zionsville Fellowship Church. Following the service, a graveside ceremony will take place at Zionsville Cemetery.
Mandy Miller will be deeply missed, yet her spirit will continue to shine brightly in the lives of those she touched.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Neighborhood Fellowship Church, the IU Student Outreach Clinic, or Love Inc of Boone County.
