Madaline Paris “Ren” Coffey, age 18, of Indianapolis, passed away February 13, 2018. She was born on September 15, 1999 to Anthony and Julie Coffey.
Madaline loved writing poetry and creating short skits for her and her mom to act out. She enjoyed acting and was known for making up her own words and always having a joke to tell. She loved all genres of music and she had a deep appreciation for David Bowie and Prince. One of her favorite things to do was go on nature walks so Madaline and her family spent many summers hiking the trails at Eagle Creek Park. She also loved watching fireworks and the moon with her family. She loved holidays, school, animals and spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed.
Madaline is survived by her loving parents, Anthony and Julie (Kapps) Coffey; siblings, Logan Coffey (twin brother), Hunter Coffey, Jarred Coffey and Jordan (Adam Krug) Coffey; grandmother, Avanelle Coffey; and her loving turtle, Rachel Raquel. Madaline was preceded in death by her grandparents, Gus Coffey, Louis Kapps and Lea (Ronnie) Landmeyer.
A memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 from 4pm until 7pm at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46229.
