M. Jean Hawkins

M. Jean Hawkins, 88 of Camby, IN passed away December 25, 2020. She was born in Indianapolis, IN on June 9, 1932 to the late Ivan and Delia (Murphy) Kernodle. Jean worked for many years in the Claims office for the Auto Owners Insurance Co. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Jean is survived by her children, Terri L. Bohlander, Gregory D. (Lisa) Hawkins, Jeffrey S. (Jenn) Hawkins, 10 grandchildren, 3, great grandchildren and her 2 sisters, Helen “Frannie” Firkins and Linda Havens. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ancil Howard “Howdy” Hawkins. A private graveside service will be held at West Newton Cemetery.
