Lucile ‘Lucy’ E. Perdue Duncan, 82, of Indianapolis, died Jan. 7.
Mrs. Duncan retired from her position as executive secretary at the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors, in 1991. She was also a member of the Crooked Creek Baptist Church.
