Louise Marie Derrick

Louise Marie Derrick 77 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away July 9, 2022. She was born August 30, 1944, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Walter W. and Evelyn L. (Chapple) Allgore. Louise enjoyed crocheting, watching the old television shows, like “I Love Lucy” and “The Andy Griffith Show”, she learned to play the organ in her later years, was involved when her children were in school as a PTA Mom, and was a former member of the Lakeview Church. She was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her. Louise is survived by her children, William Paul Derrick, Sherry Ann Derrick, Paula Sue Derrick, Lori Lynn Ashlock, 7 grandchildren, her sister, Gloria Jean Hounchell, her sister-in-law, Bonnie Smith and her best friend for many years, Judy. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Paul Edward Derrick, daughter, Patricia Jo Clester, and brother-in-law, Emanuel Hounchell. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, 5:00pm-9:00pm at Flanner Buchanan Decatur Township with the service there on Thursday, July 14, 2022, at 11:00am.
