Loretta Elizabeth Spear

Loretta Elizabeth Spear, 80, of Indianapolis was born January 26, 1935 and passed away December 6, 2015. She was born in Indianapolis to James Robert and Virginia Elizabeth Gunn. Loretta married Wayford T. "Sandy" Spear and they made their home in Indianapolis. She was employed at Crown Products for about 17 years before working at the Commissary at Fort Benjamin Harrison. She was a member of Phi Delta Pi Sorority for over 40 years. Loretta was one of Jehovah's Witnesses, loved taking pictures, enjoyed country music and especially looked forward to the annual sister's vacation where she spent time with her sisters.
Loretta is preceded in death by her loving husband, Sandy, her parents and her brother, Robert Gunn. Surviving to cherish her memory are her sons, Mark (Angie), and Brian (Barb), her sisters, Martha Wilson (James), and Judy Wand (Bill), her brother, John Gunn (Vicky), her sister-in-law, JoAnn Gunn, grandchildren, Amber Lederman (James), Ryan Spear (Ann), Aaron Spear (Lina), Kami Spear and William Spear as well as her great-granddaughter, Lexi Crisp.
