Lona A. Masten

Lona Azalee (Douglas) Masten 90, of Monrovia formerly Martinsville died June 11, 2017. Lona was born on July 18, 1926 in Cotula, TN to General and Della (Lynch) Douglas. Lona was a factory worker for RCA in Bloomington before retiring. Lona was a devoted Christian where she gave of her time, talent and treasure at The Upper Room Church in Mooresville, IN. She was preceded in death by her husband; Don M. Masten, her two sons Eugene and Michael Barley and two grandchildren Wayne Brummett and Michael Barley Jr and her three sisters and her brother. Lona is survived by her children; Lois (Louis) Vining, Trish (Mike) Riley, Joy (Shane Lakes) Barley and Jim (DeAnna) Barley and her daughter in laws; Janet Barley and Diana Adams; 14 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews and many friends. Lona will be laid to rest in White Lick Cemetery in Mooresville, IN. Memorial contributions may be given to The Upper Room Church in Lona’s Memory.
