Lola Mae (Fairless) Boyd
84, of Indianapolis passed away December 17, 2018. She was born January 3, 1934 in Vienna, IL to Noah and Sarah (Johnston) Fairless. She was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, Linn Boyd, Sr. Following her husband’s death, she returned to school and earned an associate degree and paralegal certificate. She enjoyed bowling, playing bridge, bingo, and going to casinos. Lola is survived by her loving children, Donna Fosteson (Bradley), Linn Boyd, Jr (Dianne), and Joseph Boyd;
4 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends. Friends may call Friday, December 28, 2018 from 11am-12pm at Flanner Buchanan-Washington Park North 2706 Kessler Blvd West Drive. Funeral service will follow at 12pm. Burial will be at Washington Park North Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent Foundation 8402 Harcourt Rd, Suite 210 Indianapolis, IN 46260.
