Lisa Kae (Eck) Overbey

Mother, grandmother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Lisa Kae Eck-Overbey was so much to so many people. An example of God’s Love that we all looked to for strength and guidance. When anyone was blessed to meet her and know her they got all of her. She will live on through her Husband, Steve Overbey whom she called Earl when she was playful, through her grandkids Landen, Jase, Cortland, Kalon, and Owen, whom called her Memaw, and through her own children Derek, Bryan, Aaron, and Chris, whom call her Angel. A lover of kindness and compassion she earned her wings on June 25th, 2019. In the comfort of her own home surrounded by her family and amongst the walls covered in remembrance of those she would soon meet again, she took her last breath holding the hand of her husband. She lives on in our laughter and our love for each other. Every time we look up to the moon we’ll know the distance, though it is far, is only half as much as she loved us.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 5, 2019 from 4pm to 8pm at Flanner Buchanan – Floral Park.
Visitation will also be held on Saturday, July 6, 2019 from 10am to 11am at Flanner Buchanan – Floral Park.

Funeral Services will be held at 11am on Saturday, July 6, 2019 at Flanner Buchanan – Floral Park with burial to follow at West Ridge Park.
