Linda Marie Kitterman

Greenwood, Indiana – Linda Marie Kitterman passed away peacefully at home, comforted by her family. Born in Beech Grove, Indiana, on February 6, 1945, to Joe and Carla (Hill) Corsaro. She was 78 years old.

Linda was a longtime owner and operator of Linda K’s Beauty Salon. She thrived there, keeping up with her friends and family. After leaving the salon, she worked at Circle City Produce with her brother Danny, before becoming a private chef for a plastic surgeon’s office.

When not working, Linda enjoyed working ceramics, outings with her church groups, or chatting with her friends and neighbors. Her faith was very important to Linda, especially these last few years, and she felt very close to her church and the friends she made there.

Her real joy was her family though, especially her grandchildren. She loved spending as much time as she could with them.

In addition to her parents, Linda is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Donald E. Kitterman, who passed in 2005.

Linda is survived by her children; Michael J. Kitterman (Tammie) and Donald J. Kitterman (Niki); siblings Judy Jones (David), Danny Corsaro (Judy), Jenny Corsaro, Jackie Corsaro, Pete Corsaro, Toni Corsaro, and Bill Corsaro; grandchildren Wyatt Joseph Kitterman, Ashley Nicole Kitterman, Justin Michael Kitterman, Jack Alan Kitterman, and Carlie Marie Kitterman; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Friends and family will gather for visitation from 4-8 pm on Monday, July 17, 2023, at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East (10722 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana). Funeral services will take place at 1 pm, Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East. Burial will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
