Linda Kay Larsen, age 77 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Friday morning, April 4, 2025.
Linda Kay was born on February 22, 1948, in De Soto, Illinois, the youngest of eleven children of Carlos and Julia (McCain) Myers. She is preceded in death by her parents and nine siblings.
She is survived by her brother, Dixon (wife Judy) Myers of Azle, Texas and sister, Esther Bernice Forby of Washington State; many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends also survive.
Linda Kay married to Jack Allen Larsen, who preceded her in death on May 8, 2007.
Throughout Linda Kay's professional career, she worked in the living trust profession. She was very involved in her church, Horizon Indy; and was an avid world traveler, who visited many places throughout the world, both near and far. She enjoyed lawn work, landscaping and gardening around her home over the years.
A visitation will be held on Monday, April 14, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Flanner Buchanan - Geist, located at 7855 Cork Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46236. Her funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM.
Cremation Rites will be accorded after the service. Linda Kay will be laid to rest next to her husband, Jack Allen Larson at Arlington Cemetery in Elmhurt, Illinois.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Linda Kay's memory to Horizon University, whose students often helped Linda Kay with her lawn and yard work. Horizon University, 7702 Indian Lake Road, Indianapolis, IN 46236.
