Lida Collins

Lida Collins, 70, of Indianapolis passed away on May 14, 2021. He was born in Hazzard, Kentucky on November 16th, 1950, to parents Harry and Marie (Duff) Collins. He worked for many years at Sani Serve until retirement. Lida will be missed sorely by all the lives he has touched.

Lida is survived by his son, Dennis L. Mink; his granddaughter, Madison Lynn Mink; siblings, Steve Collins, Sam R. Collins, Cecil Collins, Jesse Collins, Ethel Runyon; and a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Lida is preceded in death by his brother Ishmael Collins, and his parents.

A visitation will be held on Friday, May 21, 2021 from 4-8PM at Flanner Buchanan—Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St. Additional visitation will be held the following day Saturday, May 22, 2021 from 12PM-1PM, with the service beginning at 1PM. Lida will be laid to rest in Washington Park East Cemetery.
