Lewis C. Ray

91, of Indianapolis, passed away on April 26, 2018.  Lewis was a retired Welder for American Standard.  He was a member of the Masonic Lodge.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jo (Brinson) Ray and sons, Steven Lewis Ray and William Michael Ray.  He is survived by his daughter, Cheryl Gregory; sister, Wanda Sue Conolty; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and his beloved dog, Bubbles.  Visitation will be Monday, April 30, 2018 from 4 to 8 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Decatur Township.  Services will be Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at 10 am at Flanner Buchanan-Decatur Township.  Burial will follow at West Newton Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
