Lesley B. Stanley

Lesley B. Stanley, 67, of Fortville passed away June 11, 2022.  He was born August 22, 1954, in Indianapolis, the son of Leslie V. and Donna (Reynolds) Stanley.  He married Iva Warner on June 26, 1983.

Lesley was a 1972 graduate of Warren Central High School.  In 1981, Lesley established Apex Paving and Excavating.  Not only was Lesley a hardworking, successful business owner, but he will be remembered as the most dedicated and loyal person you’d ever meet.  He enjoyed drag racing and restoring and collecting cars.

He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Iva Stanley; father, Leslie V. Stanley; brother, Larry (Doreen) Stanley; niece, Marci Stanley; and his two precious fur babies, Sophia and Madelyn.  He was preceded in passing by his mother, Donna Stanley.

A Celebration of Life will be at 12 noon Saturday, June 18, 2022, at Flanner Buchanan – Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (Conner Suite), 9700 Allisonville Road.  Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Cancer Society or the Humane Society for Hamilton County.  Online condolences may be shared by visiting www.flannerbuchanan.com.
