Leroy M. Barnes Sr., 83, Indianapolis, died Tuesday, November 14.

He was a driver and dispatcher 35 years for Finchum Trucking Company, retiring in 1985.

He also had worked on the safety patrol at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for 50 years.
