83 years old,of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 2016. He was born inBeech Grove, Indiana to the late Samuel and Catherine Lucas. Leroy was employedwith Indianapolis Power and Light for over 30 years before his retirement. Hewas a 33 degree Mason with Lodge #669, which he had received his 50 year pin.Leroy served his country proudly in the Korean War with the United States Army.

Leroy issurvived by his loving wife of 63 years, Mary Lucas; daughters, CathyFeatherston (Andy), Theresa Chaters (Marty Anderson), and Linda Ginn (Kevin); 7grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son,Jeffery Lucas; parents; 3 sisters; 1 brother.
