Leon Stein

Dr. Leon Stein passed away on April 29, 2021 at the age of 90. Leon was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina on June 22, 1930. He earned his medical degree from the University of Buenos Aires and during his career worked at various area hospitals, ending at the Richard A. Roudebush VA Hospital. He also served as an associate professor at the IU School of Medicine.

Leon was preceded in death by his wife, Juana Dora (Moyano) Stein and three siblings. He is survived by his children: Michelle Stein-Ordonez (Enrique), Eugene Stein (Lilly) and Jeanine Stein; granddaughter, Andrea Ordonez; and two grand fur-babies, Ellie and Bella.
