Lee E. Sinex

Lee E. Sinex, 60, of Westfield, Indiana passed away November 7, 2021.  He was born on March 1, 1961, in Indianapolis, Indiana.  He was the son of the late Nelson E. and Helen Pearl (Wessel) Sinex.  He married Helen Chin on June 22, 2002.

Lee graduated from North Central High School in 1979.  He attended Purdue University and studied Horticulture Business.  He had a special gift for growing plants.  He grew acres upon acres of annuals and perennials.  He worked 30 years in the greenhouse business.  In 2009, he switched gears with the birth of his first and only son Allen.  He became a stay at home dad.

He is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Helen Sinex; son, Allen Sinex; sister, Barbara Sinex (David) Epperson; and two brothers, William Sinex and Charles (Linda) Sinex.  He was preceded in passing by a brother, Jay B. Sinex.

Memorial services will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, November 21, 2021 at Flanner Buchanan – Hamilton Memorial Park, 4180 Westfield Road.  Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service.  Memorial contributions may be directed to American Cancer Society.  Online condolences may be shared by visiting flannerbuchanan.com.
