Laurence C. “Larry” Cushing

Age 70, of Greenfield, passed away Saturday, August 13, 2016. Larry was born in Fort Monmouth, New Jersey on April 3, 1946 to the late Warren Charles and Alice Lee (Havens) Cushing. He served his country honorably in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. Larry, a hard-working, generous, and fun-loving man, enjoyed traveling and visiting the casinos.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Warren and Alice; daughter, Sandra Peel; and one brother, William M. Neal. He will be lovingly missed by his wife, Jimmie Nell (Morris) Cushing; daughters, Connie Snyder (Larry), Judy Luna (Mel), and Becky Groce (Terry); siblings: Joanne G. Holub, Patricia J. Higgs (James) and Allen L. Cushing (Mary); as well as many other loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family members and friends.

Friends may call from 10am until 12 Noon, Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at Flanner and Buchanan- Washington Park East, where his funeral service will immediately follow at 12 Noon. Entombment with military honors will follow services in Washington Park East Cemetery.
