Larry D. Miller

Larry D. Miller, born September 5, 1935, passed away November 16, 2024. He was preceded in death by his wife Maria, his parents (George and Floy Miller), and his siblings: Dale (Blanch) Miller, William Miller, Joyce (Bill) Kershaw, Kay (Bud) Jarrett and Sharon (Ted) Jarrett. He is survived by his children: Chris (Jane) Miller, Cathy (Gary) Kinnett, and Dawne (Kevin) Davis; as well as eight grandchildren: Rhonda, Stacy, Tracy, Chad, Noah, Joey, Chase and Chance; and five great grandchildren: James, Isaac, Natilie, Lynleigh and Coy. He is also survived by his sister, Mary (Harold) Franks.

Larry was employed by IBM until his retirement in 1987. He was married to Maria Diaz for 34 years, and their time together was an important chapter in his life. He had a good, long life—enjoying retirement at age 52, and at age 89, still living independently and driving! His spirit and independence will remain an inspiration to all. 

Larry lived his life in a way that left a lasting impact on those who knew him, and he will be well remembered by his family and friends.

A private memorial service will be held for family at a later date.
