Laquita Monique Hinton

Ms. LaQuita Monique Hinton, (“Mo Mo”), was born on April 16, 1985 in Wynne, Arkansas to parents Mr. Thomas Hinton and Ms. Elizabeth Hale.

Ms. LaQuita spent a portion of her childhood in Earle, Arkansas and migrated to Indianapolis, Indiana in her later childhood with family.

Ms. LaQuita M. Hinton was a member of Open Door Church of Deliverance where she served in the Young Adult Choir. During her school career, she attended Earle High School in Earle Arkansas and Warren Central High School Indianapolis, Indiana. Ms. Laquita attended college at Indiana Business College as a Massage Therapist.

Ms. LaQuita loved spending time with her family and friends and brought a warm bright light when she entered the room.

Ms. LaQuita had an heart of gold and she opened her doors up to anyone who was in need. She loved playing basketball, swimming, running, traveling, working and finding new restaurants to eat.

Ms. LaQuita was a very hard worker. She was a devoted mother who loved her daughter dearly. She was an amazing beautiful and loving aunt.

Ms. LaQuita Monique Hinton departed from this Earth on Friday, November 12, 2021, to be with the Lord, at the age of 36. She will be forever be cherished and missed by those who loved her.  Those left behind to cherish her memory are her mother; Elizabeth Hale, sister; Alisha Hale, special Step-father; Herman Starks, brother; Joel Starks, her daughter; Kaliyah M. Hinton, nieces; Seniaya Hale, Sa’Riyah Hale, Derrica Hinton, Delicia Hinton, nephew; Damarreyion Dumes, special godmother; Lajenia Carter and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, great-nieces, great-nephews and extended family and friends.

Ms. LaQuita is preceded in death by her father Thomas Hinton Sr., grandmother; Mary Hale, grandfather; Charlie Hale, uncles; Robert Hale and Larry Hale, brothers; Kim Hinton and Thomas Derrick Hinton Jr.

Visitation will be held on Saturday November 27, 2021 from 11:00am to 1:00 pm at Open Door Church of Deliverance, 2503 Central Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46205 where the funeral service will immediately follow at 1p.m.
