Kimberley "Kim" Ann Gibney (Mackeigan)

Kimberley ‘Kim’ Ann Gibney (MacKeigan), 70, passed away on January 19, 2021. She was born on May 16, 1950 in Lakewood, Ohio and enjoyed a happy upbringing with her parents, Neil and Lee MacKeigan, and brother, Marc MacKeigan. 

She was a 1968 graduate of Lakewood High school and received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Kentucky, where she was a member of Delta Zeta. 

Kim met her future husband, Dr. Lynn ‘Ralph’ Gibney, while living in Chicago, Illinois. After marrying, they settled in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she was a full-time mom to their four daughters, as well as the office manager for her husband’s podiatry practice. 

She is survived by her husband Ralph, their daughters Brooke Gibney, Elizabeth (Ian) Fines and Lauren (Josh) Pokrzywinski, brother Marc MacKeigan (Jenifer), nephews Page and Smith MacKeigan and grandsons Colin Fines and Will Pokrzywinski. She was preceded in death by her parents, Neil and Lee MacKeigan, and beloved daughter, Kate Allyson Gibney.

Memorial services will be held privately for immediate family.
