Kim Field Goldenstein, 76 of Carmel, passed away Monday, April 14, 2025 surrounded by his loving family. Kim was born April 12, 1949 in Peoria, IL to the late Kenneth F. and Marguerite L. Goldenstein. He attended Ball State University.
Kim was an entrepreneur, establishing Goldenstein Advertising in the mid 70s. Earlier in his career, he was one of the founding partners of Karma Records. His love of music led him to organizing local Jazz concerts and fascinating international travels.
For 49 years, Kim took an annual trip to northern Michigan to spend a week fly fishing on the AuSable River. This trip combined his passion for fishing, birding, and nature.
A private family memorial celebration will be held at a later date.
Kim is survived by his wife of 50 years, Debbie; daughter, Lee (partner, Andy Anderson) Goldenstein; sister, Ann (husband, Richard) Leppert; sister-in-law, Rebecca Bowman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (www.lls.org) or the National Audubon Society (act.audubon.org).
