Kenneth M. Hutchinson

Kenneth M. Hutchinson, 68, of Indianapolis, passed away May 18, 2019.

Kenneth was born on January 29, 1951 in Indianapolis to James and Mildred Hutchinson. He graduated from Howe High School and went on to spend his career in Automotive Sales. He was involved in the NHRA, IHRA, and was a basketball and softball coach for the Franklin Township AAU teams. His loves included sports, drag racing, Halloween, Elvis and most of all his family.

He leaves behind his children, Jennifer (Sid) Lucas and Lisa Hutchinson; grandchildren, Austin Day, Alexis Lucas, Kyle Day, Sida Lucas, Lillian Lucas, and Catelin Day; mother-in-law Anna McAvoy; along with many beloved nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years in February (they would celebrate their 46^th on the day of his service); his parents James and Mildred Hutchinson; and his sister Linda Carol.

Friends and family are invited to gather from 9:00am-12:00pm on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at Flanner Buchanan- Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN, with a funeral service to follow at 12:00pm. He will be laid to rest at Washington Park East Cemetery.
