Kathryn Sue (Frisbie) Evenson

Kathryn Sue (Frisbie) Evenson, age 65, of Indianapolis, IN passed away on August 11, 2018. Kathryn was born in Indianapolis, IN on March 22, 1953 to her parents, Charles and Janet Sue (Caulfield) Frisbie. She graduated from Howe High School with the class of 1970 and went on to earn her bachelor’s degree from Saint Leo University.

She married Bruce in 1972 at Christ Church Cathedral, and together they traveled the country. She spent large parts of her life in Honolulu, HI, Yorktown, VA and the Florida Keys, before retiring back home to Indianapolis.

Kathy had a distinguished career in the Civil Service as a computer programmer for the Department of the Navy. She was a member of Christ Church Cathedral.

Kathryn was preceded in death by her father, Charles Frisbie and one brother, Charles Howard.

She is survived by her loving husband, Bruce C. Evenson; son, Jonathan Evenson; daughter, Holly Lynn Evenson; mother, Janet Sue Frisbie; and sister, Karen Wagner (Philip).

Calling will be held from 3pm until 5pm on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at Flanner Buchanan- Broad Ripple, 1305 E. Broad Ripple Ave., Indianapolis, where her funeral services will immediately follow at 5pm.
