Karen Susan Lindsay

Karen Susan Lindsay, 64, of Carmel passed away March 31, 2022.  She was born January 22, 1958, in Indianapolis, the daughter of the late Martin and Mary (Rapp) Strange.  She was married to Douglas Lindsay, who preceded her in passing on May 8, 2003.

Karen was member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church and previous member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church.  She collected bears, enjoyed traveling, and loved her canine companions and attending dog shows.

She is survived by her two loving children, Mark Foxworthy and Amanda Kiener; grandson, Logan; brother, Mark (Nancy) Strange; niece, Shannon Strange; best friend, Dottie (Larry) Luper; and five godchildren, Mary Strange, Isaac Strange, Daniel Ingram, Justin Ingram, and Christina Moya.  She was preceded in passing by her sister, Linda Strange.

Services will be at 12 noon Saturday, April 16, 2022, at Flanner Buchanan – Carmel, 325 East Carmel Drive.  Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 12 noon Saturday at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be shared by visiting flannerbuchanan.com.
