Karen Lorraine Leonard (Hartsock)

Karen Lorraine Leonard (Hartsock), 72, of Indianapolis passed away on January 17, 2020.

Karen was born to the late, Robert A. and Betty J. Hartsock in Indianapolis, IN on July 11, 1947. Karen attended and graduated from Decatur High School. She later became a Claims Representative for Nationwide Insurance. Karen was even a member of The Central Indiana Claims Association. She will be missed by her loving family and all the lives she has touched.

Karen is survived by her children, Naomi Turner, Ruth Ann Crooke, and Charles Robert Crooke (Huyen Tran); her siblings, Sue Hatfield (Terry),  Joseph Hartsock (Terri), Anita J. Roseberry, Bettie Lou Hartsock, Samuel R. Hartsock (Caroline), and Kevin Mark Hartsock (Nancy); 4 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and her nieces and nephews.

Karen is preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Glen A. Hartsock.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23, 2020 at Flanner Buchanan—Decatur from 11AM-1PM with a service starting at 1PM. Following cremation, Karen will be laid to rest at Lincoln Memory Gardens.
