Julianna (Ingalls) Smith

Julianna Smith (Ingalls), 73, passed away on December 21, 2019. Born on November 30, 1946, she was a lifetime resident of Indianapolis’ West Side.

Julianna attended multiple churches, and was most recently a member of The Baptist Church. She enjoyed time visiting with family and friends.

She spent her work years serving the students of Indianapolis Public Schools where she loved all the children and dear friends she made while on the job.

Julianna was preceded in death by her sister, Linda; her father, Harry; her mother, Mary (Benton); and husband of 53 years, Donald. She is survived by her sisters, Rosemary Ballard, Donna Ferguson, Jessie Sloan and Sally Ingalls; brothers, Harry Jr., Ronnie, and Billy; daughters, Janie Bowman (Bryan), Jenny Reynolds (Roy), and Jill Griffith; grandchildren, Brandon Bowman (Tiffany), Kristen Moss (Damon), and Dusten Griffith; great-grandchildren, Brooklyn Bowman, A.J. Jordan, Branson Bowman, Aunica Griffith, and Austyn Griffith.

All are welcome to attend a visitation between 11am to 1pm at Flanner Buchanan – Floral Park on Thursday December 26, 2019. Julianna’s funeral service will commence at 1pm, followed by burial at Floral Park Cemetery.
