Julia Katherine (Kate) Royer

August 1, 1929 – November 18, 2017

88 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2017. Kate was born in Boone County, Indiana on August 1, 1929, to the late Harry and Edith Baldauf.

Kate was devoted to her family and loved being on committees at her church. She was always involved with the parent chapter at Noble, continuously researching for help with David and to better enable the lives of disabled children.

She was preceded in death by her spouse of 68 years, John Royer; her brother, William Baldauf; and her sister, Ruth Willen.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda (Paul) Parks; son, David W. Royer; grandsons, Douglas (Christina) Parks, Bradley (the late Stephanie) Parks; great granddaughters, Ashley, Chloe, and Piper.

Friends may call from 12:00PM until 2:00PM on Monday, November 27^th, 2017 at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park North, 2702 Kessler Blvd. W. Dr., with services immediately following. Burial will be at Washington Park North Cemetery.
