Jules Lambermont, 94 of Indianapolis, passed away March 19, 2018. He was one of five children, born to Louise and Louis Lambermont Sr., who migrated to the United States from Warmifontaine, Belgium. Jules was a WWII Vet and served under Gen Patton, fighting in the Battle of the Bulge. He was wounded and received a Purple Heart. He later returned home to Jasonville, Indiana. Jules attended Rose Poly Tech College and became an Electrical Engineer. He was employed by Allison Transmission, division of General Motors, until retirement. He was a member of VFW Post 2839. Jules was a very loving and kind uncle to many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred (Neal) Lambermont; his three sisters, Mary (Lambermont) Woodrow, Eva (Lambermont) Herron, and Evelyn (Lambermont) Norton; and his brother, Louis Lambermont Jr. Visitation will be on Thursday, March 29, 2018 from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. at Flanner Buchanan-Speedway, 2950 N. High School Rd., with services immediately following. Entombment will take place at West Ridge Park Cemetery.
