Judy Elaine Mckinney

Judy Elaine McKinney 86 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on January 11, 2023. She was born September 15, 1936, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Roscoe and Jean (Oltan) Harris. Judy was a Special Education Teacher for several school districts during her teaching career before retiring and worked at the Indianapolis Public Library in Decatur Township. Judy enjoyed music and sang in the church choir, enjoyed knitting and doing handicrafts and spending time with her family. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and enjoyed the members there. She was dearly loved by many and will be missed. Judy is survived by her son, Richard (Cynthia) McKinney, her grandchildren, Alexander, Jordan, Brock, Dustin, Olivia, Rachael, Ashley, William, and 13 great grandchildren. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Rex McKinney. Services will be held on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, 1:00pm at Flanner Buchanan Decatur Township with visitation there beginning at 11:00am until the service at 1:00 pm.
