Judith A. Thomas

Judith Ann Thomas (Jones) was born March 14, 1942 to George and Lucille Jones in Indianapolis, IN. She graduated from Arsenal Technical High School in 1960. She then married Larry (Joe) Thomas in June, 1960. They had their first child in 1961 (Ron) and their second child in 1964 (Jeff). She was a stay at home housewife and raised both of the children as upstanding citizens. She was married 56 years during which she became an avid bowler, who enjoyed playing cards with friends and family. She was a past Worth Matron of Eastern Star. She also enjoyed traveling, especially on cruises, and taking long rides to see beautiful sunsets and scenery.

She is survived by her husband, Larry (Joe), sons; Ron and Jeff, granddaughter, Bethany Roberts (Henry), great granddaughter, Kendall, sisters; Donna Jackson (Bob), Karen Waldron (Jim), brother, Bob Jones (Sandy), and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, George Jones, and her mother, Lucille Jones.

Service will be held at Flanner and Buchanan- Washington Park East, visitation will be Monday, January 16 from 4:00-8:00pm. Funeral service will be Tuesday, January 17 at 11:00am.
