Joyce Marie Civils

Joyce Marie Civils, 86, of Indianapolis passed away August27, 2016 at Rosegate Village in Indianapolis. Joyce was born February 10, 1930 in Columbia, Kentucky the daughter ofSammy and Mattie (Grant) Coe. She was ahomemaker and a member of Bethany Christian Church for more than 60 years. Joyce was preceded in death by her husband of43 years, Harold Civils in 1992; her parents, Sammy Coe and Mattie Coe Turner,her sister, Joan Lohman and Gladys Coe and her brother, Everett Coe.

Joyce issurvived by her daughter, Connie Tandy and her husband Jim; her son KennyCivils and his wife Debbie; grandchildren, Jamie Daming and her husband Ryan, Rev.Josh Tandy and his wife Heidy, Jacob Tandy and his wife Lisa;great-grandchildren, Grace and Madelline Daming, Lily Daming, Isaac and ClaraTandy and Miller and Duncan Tandy; her sister Jean Clark and her husband Jerryand her brother Elmer Coe.

Visitationwill be held from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at Flanner andBuchanan-Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46229. Funeral Services will be held at 12:00PM on Wednesday at the funeral home. Burialwill be in Washington Park East Cemetery.
