Joseph K. Frazer

Joseph K. Frazer, 66, of Indianapolis passed away September 22, 2018. Joseph enjoyed spending time with his family, especially during their stays at the family cottage located on Lake Shafer in White County, IN. At the cottage, Joe spent his time fishing and boating surrounded by those who loved him most. Joe didn’t know a stranger. He could be described as a “people person.” He could best be remembered by his outgoing personality and infectious smile. He will be missed sorely by all of the lives he touched.

Joe is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Roseanna. He is also survived by his mother, Betty Frazer; children, Irene Loy and Doug A. Frazer; siblings, Steve Frazer (Linda), Nancy Ballard, Kathy Frazer (Christopher Allen); Nephews, Sean Frazer (Nikki), Thomas Ballard; and former wife, Lea Ann Sherlock. He is preceded in death by his father, Joseph E. Frazer and son, Ryan M. Frazer.

A visitation will be held on Friday, September 28, 2016 from 4-8PM at Flanner Buchanan—Washington Park East, 10722 E Washington Street. A celebration of life will occur on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 1PM at the funeral home. Joe will be laid to rest near his dad and his son at Washington Park East Cemetery.
