Joseph Anderson Ii

Joseph Anderson II passed away on November 28, 2022. He was born in Indianapolis to his parents Joseph and Janet (Kopp) Anderson on December 19, 1972.

He married the love of his life, Tina Small on Valentine’s Day in 1997. They have been married for 26 years and brought a beautiful son into the world. Joseph also worked for Burris Engineering for 17 years before leaving due to illness.

Joseph was one of 4 siblings and was a twin with his brother Jason. He and Jason had a special bond only twins could have. When Joe and Jason were children, Joe was always the one to look after his twin. However, as they grew up, the roles shifted, and Jason would always look after Joe. They would play video games together, some of those included World of Warcraft, Zelda, and Tetris. Joe was also a huge fan of Star Wars and Stephen King. He enjoyed reading and writing poetry, and eventually having one of his own poems published. Above everything else, he loved his family and especially his son. He will be greatly missed by all his friends and family.

Joseph is survived by his loving wife, Tina; his son, Joseph Patrick Anderson; his siblings, Jason (Kim) Anderson and Christy (Brad) Panchot; his nieces Brandie (Ryan) and Jessica (Franklin); brothers-in-law Billy Morris and Bradley Small, sisters-in-law, Dusty (Jack) and Misty Small; and numerous other loving nieces, nephews, and family members.

He is preceded in passing by his parents, his sister Debbie Anderson-Morris, and his brother-in-law Brad Panchot.

Funeral services will be held at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street Indianapolis, IN 46229. Visitation will be on Saturday December 3^rd from 12pm-2pm with funeral service beginning at 2pm. He will be laid to rest in Washington Park East Cemetery.
