Jose' I. Garcia, a loving husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on March 13, 2025, at the age of 59. Born on July 8, 1965, in Mexico, Jose' embraced life with an unwavering spirit. He was not only a hardworking man known for his labor of love around his home but also a true family man whose dedication to his loved ones was unparalleled.
Jose's personality shone brightly; he had a very funny demeanor and an unmistakable "no filter" approach to life, always speaking his mind. An open book, his authenticity and infectious laughter drew people to him, making every moment spent together a cherished memory. He took immense pride in his family, which he regarded as his greatest accomplishment. Marrying his beloved wife Carmen, who he affectionately treated like a Queen, was a milestone that defined his life.
He was devoted to his children—Raul, Jessica, Tania, and Tony—and took every opportunity to create joyful moments with them. Memories shared with his family, including the time when Jessica, being a bit clumsy, accidentally dropped a handful of chocolate-covered strawberries while walking. In a remarkably endearing display of devotion, Jose' worried more for the strawberries than himself and stepped over his falling daughter to save the sweet treats.
As a grandfather, Jose' found unexpected humor and delight in his interactions with his grandsons, particularly Isaiah, affectionately known as Zayzay. One memorable day, armed with a playful prank, Jose’ locked Zayzay out of the house, much to the child’s dismay. Zayzay's cheeky response—a bold gesture with his little finger—left everyone in stitches, a reminder of the joyous laughter that filled their gatherings.
The loss of Jose' has left an undeniable void in the lives of those who knew and loved him. His contributions as a husband, father, and grandfather resonate deeply, and his legacy of hard work and love will forever be etched in their hearts.
He is preceded in death by his dear son Tony Garcia and beloved mother Adela Cardozo.
Jose' is survived by his beloved wife Carmen, his 3 wonderful children Raul, Jessica, Tania. His beautiful 7 grandchildren, Geovonni, Isaiah, Josiah, Amiyah, Jeremiah, Antonio, and Jocelynn
