Jordan Lee Fugate

Jordan Lee Fugate, 12, of Indianapolis passed away on September 24, 2020. He enjoyed playing Xbox and hanging with his family. Jordan was a huge help to his mom—he loved her so much, as well as his siblings. He had the biggest and best heart in the world. He was undoubtedly taken too soon, and he will be missed sorely by all the lives he has touched.

Jordan is survived by his loving mother, Heather Fugate; his dads, Dale Anthony Delgado Sr. and Eric Lee Simpson; siblings, Jesse Fugate, Jazmine Fugate, Lucy Fugate, Monique Delgado, Dale Anthony Delgado Jr., Angelica Gregory, Shannon Delgado, Melissa Lemos Vanover, Margaret Shimp, Albert Lemos, and Robert Lemos; his grandparents, Melvin and Darlene Fugate and Ernie and Martha Simpson; his aunts and uncles, Julie and Randy Walker, Tasha Ramey, Johnathon Fugate, Clarence John Osterling Fugate, Melanie Fugate, and Sherry Aplanalp; his great mentors, Brent and Shawna Booher, and Susan Humphrey; many cousins and his cat, Mr. Whiskers.

Jordan is preceded in death by his grandma, Teresa Osterling; his “Nana Rose” Sharon Kramer; and his Granny Annie.

A visitation will be held Saturday, October 3, 2020 from 10AM-2PM at Flanner Buchanan—Washington Park East, 10722 E Washington St. Indianapolis, IN 46229. A funeral service will begin at 2PM. Jordan will be laid to rest in Washington Park East Cemetery.
