John Steven "Steve" Denson

John Steven “Steve” Denson, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, January 5, 2020 at the age of 62. He was born in Indianapolis on August 1, 1957 to  John and Virginia Denson.
Steve was a hardworking man throughout his life. He operated the forklift in a warehouse most of his working life. When he was not hard at work, he loved to watch SPORTS! It did not matter what the sport was or who the team was, if it was a competitive game – Steve was watching!!! Being an Indianapolis native, he also looked forward to the Indy 500 race! But Steve liked to relax too… so if he needed to wind down he would go fishing or lounge around with his beloved pugs.
Steve was preceded in death by his parents, John and Virginia Denson; sister, Judy Boruff, daughter Amber Hicks; and brother Richard Slayton.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory: his fiancée Jodi Dubrosky; daughter, Summer Jarrett, brother Michael. 5 grandchildren, Emily, Levi, Aaron, Peyton, and Cody. Two Step-sisters, Cindy Akers and Audry Wolfcal.
