Joel Malcolm Burnell

85, passed away on October 5, 2018. Joel was born in Peoria, Illinois on October 5, 1933 as the son of Wayne and Victoria Burnell.
Joel was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Ona C. Burnell; and son Andrew Burnell.
He is survived by his wife, Carol Burnell; children: Tammy McClelland, Timothy Burnell; step-children: Karen Cler, Cara Brandenburg, Casey Brandenburg; and 3 grandchildren.
A gathering will be held on Friday, October 12, from 12pm-2pm at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park North. A memorial service will follow at 2pm.
