Joe Shephard

On the evening of Feb 24th, 2023, our world experienced a heavy loss with the passing of Joe Shephard at the young age of 41.

Born on November 7^th 1981 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Joe has lived all over the world in multiple countries as well as many states in the U.S. and as of recent called Indiana home.

Joe had an irresistible magnetic personality, tenderhearted generosity, crude and hilarious wit, adoration for children, a love for animals, cowboying, fearless ambition, and a continuous persistence to glory.

Joe had an infectious, passion for his non work activities which included time at the gym, horseback riding, cruising his motorcycles, and spending every spare moment with his family which he loved very much.

Joe being a self-made entrepreneur has created multiple successful businesses, latest being SHEP CO, a construction and remodeling company. Joe also proudly served our country in the U.S. National Guard for 4 years.

Joe is survived by his son Jacob, fiancé Audrey, parents Cathy and Richard Shephard, siblings Katrina, Leila, Luke, Sarah, Martin, Chris, Micah, Ben, and numerous nephews and nieces, along with many Downing and Shephard relatives.

The opportunity to say goodbye to a man who has impacted so many lives will be Saturday, March 4^th from 2-4pm, at Flanner Buchanan Geist.
