Joan Elizabeth "Beth" Anderson

Beth Anderson, 59 of Carmel, passed away Saturday, August 17, 2019. Beth was born in
Henderson, KY to the late David M. and Margaret O’Bryan Frymire. She was a 1978 graduate
of Carmel High School and a 1982 graduate of Purdue University.
Beth’s career in communications took her to Cosco, Indiana Corn Growers, DowBrands, Eli
Lilly, Cummins, and most recently, Activate Healthcare, where she managed healthcare
communications.
Beth was an active member of St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church and the church choir. She
was a member of Alpha Chi Omega Sorority and was former club president of the Carmel
Ambassadors Parents Club.
A funeral Mass celebrating Beth’s life will be held at 10:30 am Saturday, August 24 at St.
Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church, where eulogies will begin at 10:00. In keeping with Beth’s
love of color, the family requests that you wear something colorful to her service. Family and
friends are invited to gather from 4:00 to 8:00 pm Friday, August 23 at Flanner Buchanan-
Carmel, and additional calling from 9:00 to 10:00 am Saturday at church.
Beth is survived by her husband, Phil; daughters, Rachel A. (husband, Zach) Reynolds and
Jessamyn R. Anderson; sisters, Karen (husband, Willie) Barham, Peggy (husband, Rick)
Hampton, Patti (husband, David) Peaper, Kay (husband, Ed) Grauman; brothers, David
G. (wife, Carol) Frymire, Daniel (wife, Darnell) Frymire, John (wife, Christina) Frymire;
brothers-in-law, Stan (wife, Lois) Anderson, Don (wife, Carol) Anderson; sister-in-law, Lisa
(husband, Chad) Glunt; 37 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister,
Mary Jennifer Frymire.
