Jimmie A. Willoughby

Jimmie A. Willoughby, 83, of Indianapolis, passed away January 2, 2021. He was a lifelong resident of Indianapolis, born in August 27, 1937 to the late Richard R. and Lou Velma Willoughby.

He graduated from High School 21 and went on to serve in the United States Navy. After his honorable service he met and married Lorayne W. Willoughby and together they raised their family. He was a hard worker and worked in warehouse shipping of HVAC systems.  Jimmie loved to talk about his time in the Navy.

Jimmie is survived by daughter, Kathy Cloin, son in law Alan Cloin, grandchildren, Steven Strange (wife Tanya Strange), Zachary Strange, AJ Cloin & Victoria Cloin and great grandchildren Haylee & Mason Strange.

He is preceded in death by his beloved wife and parents, brother Luther Willoughby.

Memorial contributions may be made to The Alzheimer’s Association.

Services will be held privately with interment at Memorial Park Cemetery.
