Jennifer Kay Johns

Jennifer Kay Johns, Indianapolis, born October 4,1969 passed peacefully on October 1, 2022.
Whether you called her Jenny, Jen, Crash, JJ, or Jen-nay, be assured she knew your name!
She didn’t know a stranger and had a knack for remembering everyone’s name!

She graduated in 1989 from Ben Davis High School and was a proud member of the Marching Giants. She was also a member of Jobs Daughters, Bridgeport Chapter.

Jenny loved working with kids, helping people, and was a Surg Tech for Putnam County Hospital, Westview, and VA Hospital.

Jen, Crash, JJ, Jen-nay LOVED her family and friends and loved being a social butterfly.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Richard and Sharon Johns.
She is survived by her siblings Holly (Johns) Blake, Rolly (Paula) Johns, Susan (Charlie) Cutsinger, Kevin (Toni) Johns. Nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and several special lifelong friends.

A Celebration of Life open visitation will be held on October 11, 2022 from 4-6pm with a memorial service from 6:15 to 7pm at Evanston Wesleyan Church, 6902 Evanston Ave Indianapolis, IN 46220

Interment will be at Floral Park Mausoleum at a later date. Flanner Buchanan Floral Park is handling the final arrangements. 425 N Holt Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46222
